AdvenTabs Privacy Policy

Who provides AdvenTabs AdvenTabs is provided by Belerion Co. For support or privacy questions, contact adventabs@belerionco.com. Please do not email passwords or complete backup files.

Information we handle AdvenTabs handles your account identifier, profile name, optional email and birthday, space membership, and the content you add: visits, selected places, dates, comments, ratings, wishlists, journey milestones and stamps, and photos. Selected places can include address details and precise coordinates. Optional device location helps find nearby places. Notification tokens and preferences support reminders and shared-memory notifications.

How we use information We use this information to sign you in, organize and display your memories, calculate ratings and stamps, maintain spaces and synchronize changes between devices and invited participants. We do not sell personal information, display third-party advertisements, or track you across other companies’ apps for advertising.

Providers and storage Supabase provides authentication, database and realtime services. New photo uploads use a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare R2. Older photos can still depend on Supabase Storage while the transition remains incomplete. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, maps and location services, and notification delivery. Provider processing can take place outside your country. This policy does not represent that every legacy storage object has completed a privacy or storage migration.

Shared memories and exports People participating in a shared space can view content shared there. Share only content you intend participants to see and potentially keep. Participants may retain independent exports; changing or deleting content in the service cannot recall files someone has already downloaded. Access to shared content does not grant ownership of another person’s content or permission to misuse it.

Data on your device and backups The app keeps local caches, drafts, pending edits and photos to support use across sessions and offline work. Signing out does not delete your account and can leave recovery data for a later sign-in. Complete backup exports include space content and photos. These portable files are not encrypted by AdvenTabs and do not include login credentials or invitation codes. Keep backups in a trusted location.

Permissions Camera, photo-library, location and notification permissions are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. You can enter a place manually or use other parts of the app when you decline a permission.

Retention and privacy requests We retain information to operate your account and the spaces in which you participate. Removal from the service may not immediately remove disconnected-device caches, independent exports or provider backup copies. Retention can also be affected by pending work, recovery needs and preservation holds; this policy does not guarantee that a countdown or a request alone confirms permanent removal.

For questions or requests about your account, personal information, shared content, or content you believe is abusive or shared without permission, contact adventabs@belerionco.com. Explain the content and your request without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We review privacy requests under applicable obligations. Shared-content and export rules do not waive your privacy rights or replace that review.

Subscriptions This policy does not introduce a new subscription requirement, photo allowance or paid-photo expiry schedule. Any future subscription offering and related policy changes will be presented separately before they apply.

Children and changes AdvenTabs is not directed to children under 13. Contact us about a child’s information or another privacy concern. Material policy changes will be reflected in the effective date and the published policy.
